Does the laser need a chiller or water cooling?
No. LITILIT lasers use passive air cooling. Leave the clearances listed in the integration guide around the laser head and controller.
How long does the laser take to warm up?
Less than 10 minutes from a cold start to stable operation.
How do I return a laser for service?
Send a support request with the serial number. We reply with an RMA number, shipping instructions and the expected turnaround.
How do I get software and firmware updates?

Can you diagnose a problem remotely?
